    Job Overview:

    On the Mark Heating and Cooling Inc is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing residential HVAC systems while providing top-tier customer service.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems according to company standards.
    • Provide high-quality customer service by explaining HVAC issues and recommended solutions to homeowners.
    • Educate customers on preventative maintenance and system upgrades.
    • Work independently and efficiently to complete service calls on time.
    • Maintain accurate records of service visits, parts used, and work completed.
    • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new HVAC technology and best practices.
    • Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and industry regulations.
    • Be available for on-call rotations, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

    Qualifications:
    • Experience in a similar role or HVAC field is preferred, but we provide training for the right candidate.
    • Must provide your own basic tools.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to company procedures.
    • Valid driver's license required.
    • Preferred but not required:
      • EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License.
      • NATE Certification or willingness to obtain it.
      • Low Voltage License.
      • HVAC Tech School certificate.
