    Key Responsibilities:
    • Install, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients.
    • Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems with precision.
    • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
    • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
    • Maintain compliance with EPA, OSHA, and industry safety standards.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on system performance.
    • Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and job site conditions.
    • Train and mentor less experienced technicians, contributing to the growth of the team.

    Qualifications:
    • 2-5 years experience in HVAC or a related role - we'll teach you how we do things here.
    • EPA Certification & Refrigeration Certificate (Required).
    • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and components.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC and refrigeration issues.
    • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical HVAC systems.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

    Schedule:
    • Full-Time | Monday - Friday.
