    Job Overview:

    Blue Water Builders Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the success of our commercial and industrial construction projects. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage all phases of commercial and industrial construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project completion.
    • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
    • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources, making necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
    • Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and risk management to maintain project profitability.
    • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control, compliance with safety standards, and progress tracking.
    • Lead project meetings, providing updates on timelines, costs, and key milestones.
    • Utilize construction management software and project tracking tools to improve efficiency.
    • Provide mentorship to junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.
    • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office Project and Accounting Software.
    • Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
