    The Liner Specialists Inc is seeking a motivated Salesperson to join our team and help homeowners and businesses enhance their pools with top-quality liners, safety covers, and related products. This role involves consulting with customers, providing estimates, recommending the best solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you're a strong communicator with a passion for sales, we want to hear from you. Prior pool industry experience is a plus but not required-we are open to training candidates with a strong work ethic and the drive to succeed.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Consult with customers to understand their pool liner and safety cover needs.
    • Provide detailed estimates and recommend suitable designs and features.
    • Educate customers on product options and benefits.
    • Manage the sales process from initial consultation to contract negotiation.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire purchase process.
    • Work with warm leads-no cold calling required.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and installation techniques.
    • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Attend company events and manufacturer training sessions as needed.

    Qualifications
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Prior experience in sales preferred (pool industry experience is a plus).
    • Ability to learn and recommend technical pool products.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
    • Ability to manage multiple customers and projects effectively.
    • Must have a valid driver's license for travel to customer locations.

    Work Schedule
