Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior technicians with installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems.
Learn to perform diagnostics and troubleshoot HVAC equipment under supervision.
Follow instructions to ensure installations comply with local codes and manufacturer guidelines.
Safely handle tools and equipment while keeping the work area clean and organized.
Shadow experienced team members to develop technical and customer service skills.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of tasks performed.
Participate in training programs to build your knowledge and skills in the HVAC industry.

Qualifications:

Interest in starting a career in HVAC; prior experience is a bonus but not required.
Willing to obtain a valid EPA certification.
Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
