    Key Responsibilities
    • Build relationships with potential customers, providing personalized consultations for exterior remodeling needs.
    • Present and sell Centurion Exteriors' windows, roofing, and related products to homeowners.
    • Educate customers on the benefits of our products and services, ensuring alignment with their needs and budget.
    • Achieve sales targets by following up on leads, attending appointments, and closing deals effectively.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings and stay informed on industry trends.
    • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and follow-ups.
    • Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
    • Accurately prepare, complete, and manage contractual and financial documents for customers, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal standards, and project requirements.
    • Generate appointments with prospective window and roofing customers.

    Qualifications
    • Required: Valid Driver's License.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
    • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
    • Open to training; no prior experience in exterior remodeling sales required.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
    • Reliable transportation for travel to client sites and appointments.
    • Must travel within a 2 hour commute around the Fort Wayne area.
