    Key Responsibilities
    • Oversee and manage residential and commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
    • Efficiently manage multiple projects at a time, ensuring all timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
    • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards.
    • Travel project-to-project daily or as required to handle scheduling, budgeting, and on-site solutions.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
    • Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all job sites.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to provide updates and address concerns.
    • Support the team by stepping in to resolve challenges and manage resources efficiently.
    • Promote and enforce Sotissimo Inc's commitment to quality, safety, and integrity on every project.

    Qualifications
    • Previous experience in a project management role, preferably in residential or commercial construction.
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
    • Basic proficiency in project management software and tools.
    • A valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
    • Enthusiastic about learning Sotissimo Inc's processes and growing within the company.

    Work Schedule
