    MJS Lawn Care Lawnscape is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Site Manager to oversee our residential and commercial turf care operations. This role requires a passionate professional with a deep understanding of turf care practices, exceptional leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients. This position involves managing a team of turf technicians while delivering excellent customer service to maintain and grow strong client relationships.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and lead turf care teams, including training, supervising, and evaluating turf technicians.
    • Develop and implement turf care strategies for residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal results.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to assess turf conditions and address client needs.
    • Oversee applications of fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
    • Maintain and operate turf care equipment, ensuring all tools are in excellent working condition.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing questions or concerns promptly.
    • Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve service offerings.
    • Manage materials purchasing and inventory to meet operational needs.
    • Oversee prevailing wage projects, adhering to all applicable requirements.

    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in turf management, with a focus on residential and commercial properties. Experience in landscape, irrigation, and hardscaping is a plus.
    • Expertise in fertilization, aeration, seeding, pest management, and other turf care techniques.
    • Valid turf care or willingness to obtain or renew necessary turf care and pesticide licenses with company support. (VT / NH).
    • Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams in the field.
    • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional service.
    • Knowledge of turf care equipment operation and general equipment maintenance.
    • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. The ability to walk customers through estimates and change orders to sell new work is a great asset.
    • Commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA standards.
    • Flexibility and willingness to adjust to seasonal demands and workload fluctuations.
    • Valid driver's license. Medical clearances for commercial work vehicles, a CDL, and experience pulling trailers are beneficial.
