    Job Overview:
    Pasterkamp Heating and AC Co is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HVAC sheet metal fabrication and installation, along with leadership experience to guide and mentor installers. This role requires technical proficiency, adherence to safety protocols, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Installation Quality and Leadership:
      • Perform and oversee the installation of HVAC sheet metal components in commercial settings.
      • Ensure all installations meet or exceed Pasterkamp's quality standards and local codes.
      • Lead and mentor installers, ensuring adherence to company standards for workmanship, safety, and productivity.
      • Communicate effectively with project managers and installation managers to resolve challenges and meet project goals.
    • Team Management and Coordination:
      • Delegate tasks and provide constructive solutions to ensure timely project completion.
      • Participate in training programs to upgrade skills and train team members for improved performance.
      • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including installation vehicles and tools.
    • Customer Service:
      • Exceed customer expectations by delivering high-quality installations and excellent service.
      • Address customer concerns promptly and communicate updates to the project team.
    • Compliance and Safety:
      • Ensure installations comply with all company, local, state, and federal codes.
      • Report any safety concerns, compliance issues, or legal matters to management immediately.

    Qualifications:
    • Experience: Minimum 8 years in HVAC sheet metal installation, with leadership experience preferred.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
      • Expertise in sheet metal fabrication and installation techniques.
      • Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
    • Certifications: HVAC or sheet metal certification is a plus.
    • Leadership Abilities: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
    • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in various environments, and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing.
    • Licenses: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

    Work Schedule:
    • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
