    Key Responsibilities
    As an Electrical Apprentice, your duties will include:
    • Assisting electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
    • Following all safety protocols while working with electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems.
    • Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams.
    • Carrying out tasks as instructed by journeyman or lead electricians, with an emphasis on retaining information for future assignments.
    • Maintaining and organizing tools and materials to ensure efficient project execution.
    • Learning and applying trade best practices and techniques through hands-on work and mentorship.

    Qualifications
    To thrive in this role, you should possess:
    • Apprenticeship Level: 4th-year apprentice with a minimum of 7,000 documented hours of on-the-job training.
    • Tools: Preferably have personal electrical tools.
    • Experience: 3-4 years of electrical experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate to clearly state we are looking for 4th year apprentice with a minimum of 7000 hours on-the-job training.
    • Work Ethic: A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in challenging environments.
    • Reliability: Consistently arrive on time, ready to work, and meet high performance expectations.
    • Punctuality: A track record of reliability and accountability.
    • Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various environments.

    Work Schedule
