    Key Responsibilities
    • Communication
      • Ensure prompt and effective communication with tenants, owners, and team members.
      • Provide regular property updates, including pictures and feedback on property showings.
      • Respond to tenant inquiries promptly, prioritizing urgent issues.
      • Oversee leasing updates and renewal processes.
    • Administrative
      • Lead and train the Assistant Property Manager and technicians.
      • Maintain up-to-date records for properties, tenants, and owners.
      • Plan and manage schedules, assignments, and deadlines.
      • Ensure accuracy in paperwork and compliance with internal reporting deadlines.
    • Maintenance
      • Conduct regular property inspections, addressing repair needs promptly.
      • Maintain high property appearance standards.
    • Accounting
      • Ensure timely collection and posting of rents, late fees, and other charges.
      • Oversee property transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
      • Process legal documents and actions as required by state and company guidelines.

    Qualifications
    • Solid experience in property management, with knowledge of single-family and small complex management preferred.
    • Proficient in Google Calendar, Sheets, and Docs.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
