    Art Newsome, Inc is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our dynamic team.     Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal ducts, fittings, and HVAC systems.
    • Interpret and work from blueprints, specifications, and tools to ensure efficient and code-compliant installations.
    • Collaborate with ANI team members and subcontractors to complete projects in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high-quality experience for all clients.
    • Forecast, plan, and manage materials, schedules, and timelines to ensure project success.
    • Maintain safety standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.

    The ideal candidate should possess:
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in HVAC sheet metal fabrication and installation.
    • Knowledge: Familiarity with IMC and IFC (Mechanical and Gas/Fuel Codes).
    • Licenses/Certifications:
      • Master/Journeyman license is a plus but not required.
      • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Skills:
      • Proficiency in retro/change-out work and HVAC installation.
      • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Physical Requirements:
      • Ability to work in summer heat and winter cold.
      • Must be reliable, responsible, and possess safe work habits.
    • Language: Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
