    Key Responsibilities
    • Operate pick-up trucks with plow attachments to clear driveways and residential properties.
    • Respond promptly to snow events and follow predetermined routes.
    • Ensure all snow removal equipment is properly maintained, fueled, and ready for operations.
    • Maintain clean and safe worksites and adhere to all company safety policies.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

    Qualifications
    • Valid NYS Driver's License (required).
    • Previous experience in snow plowing preferred, but training is available for the right candidates.
    • Ability to operate and maintain snow removal machinery and tools.
    • Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical labor in winter weather conditions.
    • Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
    • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
