    Position Title: Heavy Equipment Mechanic

    Pay Range: $55,000 to $75,000 annually (based on experience)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Diagnose, adjust, repair, and overhaul heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, dump trucks, trailers, and small vehicles.
    • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and ensure equipment operates efficiently.
    • Read blueprints, operating manuals, and technical drawings to identify repair needs.
    • Dismantle and reassemble machinery using hoists and hand tools.
    • Conduct hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical repairs.
    • Perform welding and soldering as needed.
    • Maintain accurate service records and schedule preventative maintenance.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company PPE requirements.

    Qualifications
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
    • Knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
    • Ability to read blueprints and perform detailed inspections.
    • Welding experience (preferred).
    • Class A/B CDL (preferred).
    • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a variety of weather conditions.

    Work Schedule
    • Monday to Friday with a flexible schedule.
