    Position Title:     Swimming Pool Technician (Residential and Commercial)

    Pay Range: $50,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience

Our technicians are involved in a variety of tasks, from maintaining pristine pools to advanced shotcrete applications on dams and buildings. From pool maintenance to large-scale shotcrete applications, our expertise spans the residential, commercial, industrial, and government sectors.

     
     

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Service and repair residential and commercial swimming pools.
    • Perform pressure testing and equipment change-outs.
    • Conduct leak detection and troubleshoot pool controllers.
    • Maintain and operate large sand filters, including opening and closing pools.
    • Understand and apply pool chemistry standards.
    • Collaborate effectively with team members and provide excellent customer service.
    • Read and interpret work orders, instructions, and technical materials in English.

    Qualifications:
    • Experience in swimming pool service and repair, including residential and commercial settings.
    • Strong understanding of pool chemistry and pressure testing techniques.
    • Proficiency with pool controllers, leak detection, and equipment installation or replacement.
    • Ability to manage large sand filter systems.
    • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate professionally.
    • Must be able to read and write in English.
