Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple health care construction projects, ranging in scale from $1M to $10M.
Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
Develop and implement ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) plans to ensure safety in active patient environments.
Ensure compliance with CHC standards, life safety requirements, and fire partitions regulations.
Collaborate with health care clients and facility managers to align construction activities with operational needs.
Leverage ProCore and AccuMatica software for project management, cost tracking, and documentation.
Monitor construction activities to ensure minimal disruption to active patient care settings.
Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to communicate project progress and address challenges.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in health care construction project management.
Certification in CHC (Certified Health Care Constructor) preferred.
Proven expertise in working within active patient care environments and executing ICRA plans.
Proficiency in ProCore and AccuMatica software.
Strong understanding of health care regulatory standards, including life safety and fire partitions.
OSHA 30 certification required; PMP certification preferred.
