    Key Responsibilities
    • Sales Leadership: Develop and refine sales processes, including creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and structured pipelines for scalable growth.
    • Revenue Growth: Drive sales by pursuing new leads, cold calling, visiting job sites, and securing referrals.
    • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, architects, real estate professionals, and commercial clients.
    • Marketing Initiatives: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, participate in networking events, and represent Roof Authority LLC at industry shows.
    • B2B Sales: Target commercial opportunities, including high-end new construction and replacement projects.
    • Team Building: Collaborate with leadership to build a sales team, implementing training programs and managing team performance.
    • Customer-Centric Approach: Tailor roofing solutions to client needs, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
    • Process Optimization: Leverage technology and CRM systems to streamline sales sequences and track performance metrics.
