    Compensation: Starting base of $70,000+ and Bonuses, with an average earning potential of $120,000+ annually! Plus, your earnings are uncapped - the more you succeed, the more you earn!

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Build and nurture client relationships by identifying and meeting landscaping and snow management needs.
    • Handle warm leads while also prospecting and generating new business.
    • Present proposals, conduct client meetings, and close sales by aligning solutions with client needs.
    • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
    • Maintain up-to-date CRM records to track leads, interactions, and sales performance.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in team meetings.

    Qualifications:
    • Sales and account management experience (landscaping industry preferred, but not required).
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
    • Basic knowledge of landscaping services (or a willingness to learn).
    • Proficiency with CRM software; experience with Jobber is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Background check clearance.
