Job Overview
BPC Home Service is seeking a bilingual, high-energy Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our customer base through outbound cold calls and in-person homeowner engagement. This role is essential in driving new business opportunities and connecting potential clients with our residential construction services.

You'll be the first point of contact between our company and prospective customers—responsible for identifying leads, setting appointments, and generating excitement about what we offer. Key Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound cold calls, emails, and direct homeowner engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners to schedule appointments for service consultations.
  • Support the sales team by following up on leads and updating progress in the company CRM.
  • Visit neighborhoods and interact with potential customers during active installations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all communications, leads, and scheduled follow-ups.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation goals with consistency and professionalism.
  • Represent BPC Home Service with enthusiasm and integrity at all times.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve scripts, campaigns, and outreach efforts.

Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required — must speak and write fluently in both languages.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, sales, or lead generation.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable with cold calling and door-to-door interactions.
  • Excellent computer skills, including CRM navigation, data entry, and online communication tools.
  • Motivated, adaptable, and goal-oriented individual with a positive attitude.
  • Must have reliable transportation for neighborhood visits and occasional weekend work.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

Schedule

  • Travel within assigned residential territories when required.
