You'll recruit, train, and manage canvassing representatives, drive consistent lead flow, and ensure your team hits weekly and monthly sales goals. This is a performance-based, commission-only position - your results directly drive your income.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, recruit, and train a team of door-to-door canvassers to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic canvassing plans to target high-potential neighborhoods.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics using provided CRM and lead-tracking systems.
  • Conduct daily team meetings to set goals, share results, and reinforce motivation.
  • Ensure proper use of marketing materials, uniforms, and sales tools in the field.
  • Work alongside your team in the field to model best practices and close deals.
  • Report weekly progress, conversion rates, and performance updates to management.
  • Maintain a professional and energetic presence while representing the BPC brand.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing management, or related field.
  • Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate high-performing canvassing teams.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on accountability and results.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and mobile tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and motivational abilities.
  • Must be coachable, proactive, and solution-oriented - no excuses, just execution.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor (1099 or LLC).
