Job Overview
J.D. Eicher Builder is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of high-quality residential construction projects ranging from $50,000 to $7 million. This is an office based role for a seasoned professional who thrives in managing multiple projects, coordinating with clients and architects, and driving outcomes with minimal supervision. From material take-offs to budget tracking, your expertise will ensure timely, on-budget, and beautifully crafted homes and renovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple residential construction projects.
• Ensure projects adhere to established timelines and quality expectations.
• Conduct material take-offs and coordinate material procurement to match project schedules.
• Maintain budget tracking and report variances to stakeholders.
• Manage permit filings and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Cultivate subcontractor relationships and evaluate competitive bids.
• Interface with clients and architects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain detailed documentation of RFIs, change orders, and job costing.
• Continuously educate yourself on innovative products and evolving construction methods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management and construction field experience in high-end residential construction.
• Strong carpentry knowledge based on at least 5 years field working experience and broad construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in construction software and digital project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
• Committed to quality, professionalism, and community-centered values.
• Must have experience with high-end residential construction projects ranging from $50,000 to $7 million.
