Job Overview
C&Z Construction LLC is hiring a Demolition Crew Driver to lead and work alongside our demolition teams on restoration projects. This role requires a dependable driver with a clean record who is ready to roll up their sleeves and tackle tough, hands-on work in challenging environments.

As the Demolition Crew Driver, you'll not only transport crews and equipment safely to job sites, but also work directly with the team to complete demolition and cleanup tasks that pave the way for rebuilding homes and businesses after disaster strikes.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport demolition crews, tools, and equipment to and from job sites
• Participate in demolition and debris removal on residential and commercial projects
• Lead by example, working alongside the crew to complete tasks efficiently and safely
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and jobsite preparation
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
• Experience operating company or commercial vehicles preferred
• 1+ year of construction, demolition, or related labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in dirty or hazardous environments (smoke, water, storm damage)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Team player with leadership capability to guide and support crew members
• Must pass a background check and drug screen as part of onboarding, in compliance with applicable laws

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Overtime may be required depending on project needs
