Job Overview
Ricker Thermline Incorporated is seeking a Delivery Driver / Construction Laborer to join our field operations team. This hybrid role combines safe and efficient delivery of construction materials with opportunities to work directly on job sites, learning alongside skilled foremen and crew members. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver materials safely and promptly to job sites and customers across multiple locations.
  • Plan delivery routes and adhere to assigned time schedules.
  • Load, unload, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles.
  • Maintain delivery logs and reports with accuracy.
  • Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Assist on construction sites as needed, performing general labor, cleanup, and supporting crew operations.
  • Learn field operations by working alongside foremen and laborers.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
  • Previous delivery driver experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Forklift and scissor lift experience preferred-training provided if needed.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks in varying conditions.
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

Schedule
  • Full-time, Monday - Friday
  • 8-12 hour shifts, depending on delivery and project needs
  • Overtime and occasional weekend work required

Work Location
  • Hybrid role with deliveries to multiple job sites and field support work.
  • Travel to projects across the Bay Area and nationwide as needed (travel expenses covered).
