Job Overview
Carolina Foundations Inc. is seeking a skilled and driven Market Manager to oversee concrete operations across our residential division. This hybrid role combines field leadership, crew coordination, and client communication, ensuring that projects run smoothly, efficiently, and up to our standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have hands-on concrete finishing experience, proven management ability, and a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and schedule multiple concrete finishing crews for residential job sites.
  • Coordinate with homebuilders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards on-site to meet customer expectations.
  • Resolve project challenges promptly and professionally, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Conduct regular job site visits to oversee progress and crew performance.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders clearly and consistently.
  • Track job costs and assist with budget oversight to support profitability goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project timelines, work orders, and crew activities.
  • Ensure crews adhere to safety standards and company policies.
  • Support training of field staff and reinforce company culture and expectations.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in concrete finishing or construction management.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proven leadership and scheduling skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with both field crews and clients.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites as needed.
  • Tech-savvy with ability to use smartphones/tablets for job tracking.

Schedule
  • Full-Time, Monday–Friday
