Job Overview
Water Damage Pros LLC is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative with experience in the restoration industry to help grow our customer base and strengthen referral partnerships. In this role, you'll build and maintain relationships with plumbing technicians, contractors, and other referral sources, ensuring that Water Damage Pros is the first call when disaster strikes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an established network who is eager to play a key role in expanding our presence across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with plumbers, contractors, and other key partners.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and relationship management.
  • Educate referral partners on Water Damage Pros' services and advantages.
  • Track, manage, and report sales activities in CRM or company systems.
  • Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry networking events and trade shows.
  • Stay informed about competitors, industry trends, and local opportunities.

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, client relations, or business development, in restoration or related industries.
  • Established relationships with plumbers or restoration referral partners is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to comply with company onboarding requirements, including background check in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Awareness of any non-compete restrictions from prior employers that may limit referral activities.
  • Bring with you 4-6 active referral partners already ready to go (your book of business)
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Experience in the mitigation business/current employment in the mitigation business

Schedule
