Turf Tec Landscape Management LLC is looking to hire multiple team members for Landscape Maintenance roles focused on mowing, bed maintenance, and general grounds care. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance of lawns, landscape beds, and grounds.
• Operate equipment such as lawnmowers, line trimmers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site; report any issues to the Operations Manager.
• Follow work instructions and complete tasks efficiently and professionally.
• Demonstrate care for company equipment, customer property, and fellow employees.
• Show up on time, ready to work in all weather conditions.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure quality results.
• Assist in planting, mulching, pruning, edging, and general bed maintenance as needed.
• Support inventory and equipment checks and perform basic upkeep tasks.

Qualifications

• NYS driver's license required.
• DOT Physical required.
• No landscaping experience necessary-willing to train.
• OSHA 10 and DEC license are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Must be reliable, respectful, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Good physical condition with ability to lift, bend, and perform manual labor outdoors.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday
• Occasional Saturdays required depending on weather delays or incomplete weekly work.

Location

• On-site projects across Western New York
• Must have reliable transportation to the office.
