Job Overview
Martino Signs Inc, a leader in custom commercial signs, awnings, and large-scale signage, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying and securing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our full range of signage solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of sales experience, preferably in the commercial signage, construction, or related industries, and will excel at both prospecting and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to grow new and existing client accounts.
  • Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand project needs and recommend appropriate signage solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts in coordination with project managers and estimators.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of company products, capabilities, and installation processes.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after project completion.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in sign and awning sales
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and long-cycle project sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications (preferred).
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed.

Schedule
Monday-Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends for client events or project needs.

Location
Based out of our main facility with travel to client sites as required.
