Lowry Heating and Cooling is hiring 3 motivated and professional Residential HVAC Installers to join our growing team! As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing residential and light commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and ductwork
• Assist with removal of old equipment and prepare job sites for new installations
• Read and interpret blueprints, installation manuals, and manufacturer specifications
• Safely operate tools and equipment required for HVAC installation
• Follow project timelines, complete installations on schedule, and ensure quality workmanship
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors throughout each project
• Ensure all work meets local codes and company quality standards
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC field experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License required
• EPA Certification required (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Professional demeanor with good communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow supervisor directions
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the trade
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening if required
• Physical ability to perform installation work (lifting, climbing, standing, etc.)

Work Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday - Friday
• Some flexibility for overtime or special projects as needed

Work Location

• Onsite - field-based installation at customer locations in our service area
• Start and return to shop location or designated meet-up point as needed
