Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service to clients in our showroom and over the phone
• Guide customers through material and layout options for cabinets and countertops
• Generate accurate quotes and place orders using our POS system
• Input cabinet measurements and calculate square footage for quotes
• Create countertop quotes based on client dimensions and material selections
• Schedule and confirm measurement and installation appointments
• Coordinate with big-box retailers via online portals and manage project timelines
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in kitchen & bath design, home improvement retail, or interior design
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Skilled in reading measurements, calculating square footage, and using basic math
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with Moraware or other quoting/order software is a strong plus
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients
• Self-starter with a professional, solutions-focused attitude
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Experience working with big-box retailers is a bonus
