As a key member of our administrative team, you'll help ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing calls, visitors, and office tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and provide a warm, professional welcome
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
• Perform data entry and update office records
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Order and organize office supplies
• Support various administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications:

• Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred
• Comfortable using computers and basic office software (email, Excel, Word)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking ability
• Professional, punctual, and dependable demeanor
