Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
• Educate clients on roofing systems, materials, warranties, and financing options.
• Conduct in-home consultations and roof inspections; prepare tailored solutions.
• Generate leads, build referral relationships, and close new business.
• Collaborate with the production manager to develop accurate work and purchase orders.
• Manage customer communications, change orders, timelines, and payments.
• Address potential setbacks such as weather delays or material availability.
• Schedule and complete final walkthroughs to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay current on industry trends, roofing products, and evolving construction practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Sales experience preferred-particularly in construction or home improvement fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks and client relationships.
• Technologically savvy; able to use CRM software and digital tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Bonus Qualifications (Preferred but Not Required):
• Experience in roofing, construction, or project management.
• Training or certifications (e.g., OSHA, manufacturer programs, fall protection).

• Full-Time | Monday-Friday
