Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with homeowners to understand their renovation goals and provide expert guidance.
• Offer product recommendations, layout suggestions, and design insights tailored to each client.
• Prepare and deliver clear, professional estimates, presentations, and proposals.
• Lead clients through the entire sales cycle-from initial consultation to contract signing.
• Work closely with in-house design and project management teams to ensure project alignment.
• Accurately maintain records, notes, and proposals in the company CRM system.
• Represent Deitemeyer Brothers at trade shows, home expos, and networking events to generate leads.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential remodeling sales, kitchen/bath sales, or construction-related roles.
• Solid knowledge of kitchen and bath layouts, materials, products, and design elements.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using estimating software and basic office programs (Microsoft Office, CRM platforms).
• Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing your own pipeline and follow-ups.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings and events.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in interior design or construction management.
• Experience using kitchen and bath design tools such as 2020 Design or Chief Architect.

Schedule:

• Full-Time | Monday - Friday
• Evening or weekend client meetings may be required occasionally

Work Location:

• Based in Van Wert, OH
• Local travel to client homes and industry events as needed
