Job Overview
CORE Construction is seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects across Southern Nevada. In this pivotal role, you will oversee every aspect of project execution-from startup through closeout-on high-impact developments exceeding $200M in value. You'll serve as the hub for communication between clients, design teams, and subcontractors while driving schedule, cost, and quality performance. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large projects or multiple teams simultaneously across Southern Nevada.
  • Oversee all phases of construction: preconstruction, procurement, schedule control, cost tracking, and project closeout.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and design professionals.
  • Manage all contract documents including drawings, specifications, RFIs, ASIs, and submittals.
  • Support constructability reviews, schedule creation, logistics planning, and bid proposals during preconstruction.
  • Monitor project financials including budgets, forecasts, and pay applications.
  • Negotiate, write, and manage subcontractor agreements.
  • Ensure projects adhere to CORE safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Mentor project team members and support internal talent development.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in construction project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (preferred, not required).
  • Experience managing projects over $100M+ in K-12, healthcare, or civic sectors.
  • Familiarity with delivery methods: General Contracting, CMAR, Design-Build.
  • Strong knowledge of project sequencing, specifications, and constructability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and project management software.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in public CMAR & Design-Build environments is preferred.

Schedule
  • Full-Time - Monday to Friday
  • Minimum 50 hours/week with occasional extended or weekend work as needed

Work Location
  • Current project based in Las Vegas Valley
  • Future assignments may involve travel within Southern Nevada
