Job Overview:
ATeam Home Services is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Branch Manager to oversee daily office and field operations for our residential insulation and roofing services. As Branch Manager, you'll lead job site coordination, staff supervision, customer satisfaction efforts, and financial performance at your branch. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who excels in managing construction operations, driving efficiency, and motivating teams to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee daily operations across multiple job sites.
    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
    • Coordinate crew schedules and optimize job sequencing.
    • Monitor job progress and proactively resolve delays or issues.
  • Crew Oversight
    • Supervise and support crew leaders and installers.
    • Ensure safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures are followed.
    • Conduct regular job site visits for quality control and team support.
    • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Customer Relations
    • Serve as the main point of contact for high-level customer concerns or escalations.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and effective problem-solving.
    • Oversee customer scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Staffing & Hiring
    • Recruit, interview, and hire qualified installers and crew members.
    • Onboard and train new hires to meet company standards.
    • Manage workforce levels to meet changing job volumes.
  • Inventory & Equipment Management
    • Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed.
    • Ensure tools, vehicles, and equipment are maintained and job-ready.
    • Implement systems to prevent material shortages or overages.
  • Compliance & Safety
    • Enforce OSHA and company safety policies on all job sites.
    • Ensure crews are properly trained and equipped for safe operations.
    • Investigate and report incidents or accidents promptly.
  • Budget & Cost Control
    • Track branch expenses and labor costs.
    • Ensure profitable job completion.
    • Approve timesheets, expenses, and purchase orders.
  • Reporting & Communication
    • Provide weekly updates to upper management on job progress, financials, and staffing.
    • Maintain accurate records of job completions, customer feedback, and crew performance.
    • Utilize project management tools or software to track workflows.
  • Sales Support
    • Supervise and assist in finding and onboarding new clients.
    • Monitor sales team performance and support their efforts.
    • Assist with estimating, quoting, and bidding when needed.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule and prioritize jobs.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling or additional services.
  • Leadership & Culture
    • Foster a team culture focused on accountability, efficiency, and professionalism.
    • Motivate team members and promote a positive, productive work environment.
    • Lead by example and reinforce ATeam Home Services' core values.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a construction operations or management role.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex schedules and manage multiple crews.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to delegate tasks and follow up to ensure completion.
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications a plus.
  • Proficient in using project management or scheduling software.
  • Reliable transportation to branch office and job sites.

Work Schedule:
