As a key member of our field team, you will operate a range of heavy machinery to support site preparation, grading, clearing, and excavation efforts. Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery including:
  • Motor Graders
  • Excavators
  • Bulldozers
  • Front End Loaders
  • Skid Steers
• Perform dirt-moving, grading, and site clearing tasks as directed
• Read site plans and grade stakes to execute work accurately
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and crews to meet production goals
• Maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness
• Support loading and unloading of equipment for transport when required
• Follow company policies and federal safety standards at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment
• Background in dirt moving, grading, and land clearing
• Ability to read basic site plans or follow grade guidance
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel and work overtime when needed
• OSHA, fall protection, or equipment-specific certifications are a plus (training available)

Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday - Friday, with overtime potential
• Travel required based on project location and duration

Location

• Headquartered in Robbinsville, NC with project sites across the region. Must be willing to travel for job assignments.
