    Job Type: Full-Time (7:30 am - 4:00 pm)

    Salary: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour


    Job Summary:

    IPW is currently hiring a full time AutoCAD drafter in our Syracuse, Utah location. We are a specialty general contractor that focuses on industrial and commercial piping work. The primary focus of this position is to produce fabrication ready drawings and smart 3D models  for our construction projects. Travel to local field locations is required. Occasional out of town travel and/or overtime may be required. Company website is www.ipwllc.com

     
     

    Position Requirements:
    • Perform field measurements with survey style equipment.
    • Read engineering and architectural drawings.
    • Create 3D models of piping systems.
    • Distribute models, drawings, and machine files to the project team.
    • Coordinate with the project team via emails, meetings and in person.
    • Meet project goals on time.
    • Follow industry and client specifications.
    • Must be self-motivated.

    Software Requirements:
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD - Show AutoCAD experience in resume.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience in MS Teams is preferred.
    • Experience learning from computer-based training.

    Other requirements:
    • Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
    • Valid driver's license
    • Clean driving record (3years)
    • Background check is required.
    • Reliable transportation to and from work
    • Lift and move 30lbs of sensitive equipment up to 100 times a day.
    • Climb ladders and move survey equipment in awkward positions.

    Ability to commute/relocate:
    • Syracuse, UT 84075: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

    Experience:
    • AutoCAD: 1 year (Required)
