Job Overview:
Brothers Integrated Technologies (BIT) is seeking a motivated Installation Technician to join our Field Operations team. In this hands-on role, you'll install and service cutting-edge low voltage systems-including Commercial Audio-Video, Security, Fire Alarm, HVAC Controls, and Networking-across a wide range of environments, from corporate offices and schools to data centers and stadiums. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Install cabling, devices, displays, and equipment for A/V, security, fire alarm, and networking systems.
• Run and terminate low voltage cabling, including Cat5, Cat6, fiber optic, and coaxial.
• Hang devices and install pathways, wire mold, and related infrastructure.
• Read blueprints and schematics to plan and execute installations accurately.
• Perform inspections and tests of installed systems to verify functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation or system issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, customers, and team members.
• Adhere to safety regulations and building codes on all job sites.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Stay current with industry advancements to ensure cutting-edge service delivery.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of relevant field experience using power tools and working around construction equipment.
• Basic knowledge of A/V, telecom, or fire alarm systems, including running cable and understanding basic connections (USB, HDMI, Cat6, etc.).
• Proven ability to work effectively on teams ranging from a single partner to over twenty members.
• Strong desire to learn, train, and grow within the company.
• Current, valid driver's license (required).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Work Schedule:
Full-time, typical schedule is 4 ten-hour shifts (Monday-Thursday) or 5 eight-hour shifts (Monday-Friday), with occasional weekend work available. Opportunities for overtime are frequent!

Work Location:
Based in Ohio with travel required for projects across surrounding states; lodging and per diem provided for travel assignments.
