Job Overview:
Brothers Integrated Technologies (BIT) is seeking experienced and motivated Senior Lead Technicians to join our growing Field Operations team. As a Senior Lead Technician, you will lead small-to-medium field crews in the installation of advanced technology systems-including Audio-Video, Security, Cameras, Access Control, Fire Alarm, HVAC Controls, and Network Cabling-across educational facilities, corporate environments, and new construction sites. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead small to medium-sized field crews on technology installation projects.
• Interpret blueprints and perform precise installation of wires, devices, and equipment.
• Read and follow equipment lists to ensure correct placement of devices.
• Perform terminations, soldering, and connector installations with high-quality workmanship.
• Build and wire racks with proper cable management standards.
• Utilize company-provided project management software and tools for efficient field operations.
• Maintain accurate records of project work and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Travel as required, with overnight stays for out-of-state projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Audio-Visual, security, cameras, access control, fire alarm, or network cabling.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a related or adjunct field.
• Experience interpreting blueprints and executing accurate installations.
• Proficiency with terminations, soldering, rack building, and cable management.
• Strong willingness to lead, learn new technologies, and obtain industry certifications (BIT pays for training and certifications).
• Relevant certifications and licenses preferred, including:
• (CTS) Certified Technology Specialist
• Ohio Fire Alarm & Equipment License
• Access Control Specialist
• BICSI Certification
• Military experience considered a plus

Work Schedule:

Full-time, typical schedule is 4 ten-hour shifts (Monday-Thursday) or 5 eight-hour shifts (Monday-Friday), with occasional weekend work available. Opportunities for overtime are frequent!

Work Location:

Based in Ohio with travel to surrounding states. Lodging and per diem provided for travel assignments.
