Job Overview:
TG Constructors is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily operations across our corporate offices. The Office Manager will manage indirect costs, oversee overhead budgets and expenses, handle company credit cards, and provide essential administrative support for facility, fleet, and IT functions. This role ensures the smooth operation of our offices so our teams can focus on building exceptional projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and track monthly indirect expense budgets with the Controller.
  • Administer company credit cards, reconciling charges and statements.
  • Process and review overhead invoices and issue payments.
  • Manage annual overhead accounts payable files and verify vendor credentials.
  • Maintain schedules for office leases and fixed assets.
  • Administer office supply orders and oversee inventories.
  • Serve as the main contact for IT support, office equipment administration, and new hire accommodations.
  • Support fleet management including maintenance logs, tag renewals, vehicle purchases/dispositions, and insurance claims.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and renewals of occupational licenses.
  • Assist HR with employee attire orders and onboarding office needs.
  • Provide administrative support for the Controller and Project Accountants.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by corporate executives.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and office administration.
  • Experience with RedTeam/Procore and QuickBooks Online preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently.

Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday.

Work Location:
Delray Beach, FL (with potential travel to Miami and Orlando offices).
