Job Overview:
Complete Development Inc. is actively seeking an experienced and reliable Trackhoe Operator to support our growing underground utility and site development projects. This role involves operating heavy machinery, particularly track hoes, for the installation of deep sewer, storm, and water systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in underground pipework and a high level of mechanical precision. You'll be a critical member of a field crew, expected to work both independently and collaboratively to complete high-impact construction tasks.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate a track hoe and other heavy equipment such as front-end loaders, rollers, and bulldozers.
• Excavate and trench for underground pipe installations (storm, sewer, water).
• Identify, load, unload, and place construction materials according to specifications.
• Follow grading and excavation plans with precision and safety.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with the crew and foreman to ensure jobsite efficiency.
• Work with minimal supervision, interpreting plans and project requirements as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with company safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating track hoe equipment in underground pipe installation.
• Knowledge of pipe installation techniques, trench safety, and utility excavation.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Own transportation to and from job sites.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow plans independently.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, 40-55 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• 10-hour shifts
• Holidays and weekends as needed
• Overtime available

Prepared to travel and work across multiple Florida counties, including Polk, Orange, Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco, ensuring consistent project support and regional flexibility.
