Maintco is seeking a highly skilled and fully tooled Residential Carpenter to join our expanding team in the Greater Seattle area. This is a long-term opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for quality craftsmanship and a desire for consistent, year-round work. Our ideal candidate is a team player with at least three years of finish carpentry experience, a commitment to professionalism, and the ability to work across residential, multifamily, condominium, and light commercial projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform framing, trim, siding, decking, and general rough and finish carpentry tasks
• Read and follow construction plans and blueprints
• Work on multifamily, condominium, residential, and light commercial job sites
• Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely project completion
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work site
• Represent Maintco with professionalism when interacting with clients, inspectors, and team members

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of finish carpentry experience
• Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
• Must have your own set of tools and reliable transportation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor on the job site
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
