Watson C&D LLC is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Roll-Off Driver to join our team in Alachua County, FL. As a Roll-Off Driver, you'll be responsible for delivering, removing, and exchanging roll-off containers while adhering to DOT regulations and company safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate roll-off trucks to deliver, remove, and exchange dumpsters at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
• Ensure all pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections are completed accurately.
• Maintain DOT-compliant logs and documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding scheduling, delays, and job site changes.
• Keep trucks and equipment clean and in excellent working condition.
• Adhere strictly to all safety policies, traffic laws, and job site protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service at every site.
• Routes may also be in the following counties: Bradford, Levy, Gilchrist, Columbia, Suwannee

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Class A or B CDL license
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience operating heavy trucks (e.g., dump truck, concrete mixer, roll-off). A minimum of 7+ years of overall driving experience is highly preferred.
• Eligibility to be insured under company vehicle policy This position requires the operation of commercial vehicles under our fleet insurance policy. Per the insurer's eligibility criteria
• Strong spatial, hearing, and visual awareness. Comfortable navigating tight or high-traffic job sites
• Familiarity with DOT regulations, safety procedures, and the ability to pass a DOT physical and screening
• Professional communication skills and a dependable, team-oriented work ethic
• Operate Roll-Off truck for waste collection and transport in Archer, FL, Monday-Friday; company provided housing during the workweek with travel home on weekends. Ensured safe, timely pickups and deliveries in compliance with DOT regulations.

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday to Friday
• 40-50 hours per week
• Overtime and occasional weekends as needed
