Job Overview
Titan PMC, LLC is seeking a confident, communicative, and results-driven Residential Sales Consultant to help drive growth in our residential construction and remodeling services. The ideal candidate will have experience managing client relationships, guiding clients through the full sales cycle, and aligning sales efforts with marketing strategies.
This role requires a deep understanding of sales funnels, client experience, and digital marketing tools - combined with a strong focus on building trust-based, long-term relationships. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Sales & Client Relationship Management
    • Guide prospective clients through the full sales cycle - from initial inquiry to closing the deal and onboarding the client
    • Build trust-based relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on long-term retention
    • Conduct consultations and site visits as needed to fully understand client needs
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment
    • Collaborate with leadership and marketing to align sales initiatives with marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts
    • Utilize knowledge of sales funnels and client experience strategies to optimize conversion rates and client satisfaction
  • Digital & Social Media Engagement
    • Support company marketing initiatives through social media and other digital channels
    • Help craft client-facing communication to enhance engagement and brand presence
  • CRM & Sales Process Management
    • Maintain detailed records of all leads, prospects, and client interactions in the company's CRM system
    • Provide regular sales activity reports to management
    • Continuously refine sales processes to improve efficiency and results

Qualifications
  • Required
    • 5+ years of experience in sales or client-facing roles (experience in construction, real estate, or service-based industries is preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of client relationship management and sales strategy
    • Familiarity with digital marketing and sales funnels
    • Understanding of client experience best practices, including endomarketing (internal communication to support brand experience)
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
    • Professional, proactive, and self-driven
    • Proficiency in CRM tools (experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus)
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Preferred
    • Bilingual (English + Spanish or Portuguese)
    • Familiarity with the Charleston, SC residential construction market is a plus
