Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Lead, mentor, and grow the residential sales team.
- Drive lead generation and client acquisition through outbound efforts and referrals.
- Meet with clients to assess needs, present designs, and finalize contracts.
- Coordinate with designers, estimators, and project managers to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Analyze sales metrics and continuously improve strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of residential pools experience and residential construction sales or luxury outdoor living solutions.
- Leadership experience managing a small-to-midsize sales team.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of construction processes and terminology.
- Self-motivated with a passion for customer satisfaction.
