Job Overview
5TCO is seeking four experienced Metal Wall Panel Installers / Journeymen to join our field operations team in Sarasota, FL. As a key player in our commercial, industrial, and government/federal projects, you'll be responsible for high-quality exterior cladding installations. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who values craftsmanship, teamwork, and working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install metal wall panel systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Interpret and follow shop drawings, blueprints, and project plans.
• Operate aerial boom lifts, scissor lifts, and all-terrain forklifts.
• Work on-site Monday through Thursday (10-hour shifts); availability for Friday/Saturday as makeup or overtime days.
• Maintain job site safety standards and follow all OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and project goals.
• Ensure quality control and resolve issues related to fit, finish, and alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on construction or sheet metal experience.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and shop drawings.
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Experience using Procore, Plangrid, or Bluebeam is a plus.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Certified in aerial boom lift and all-terrain forklift operations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Schedule

• Standard: Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts (1-hour lunch break)
• Makeup/Overtime Days: Friday and Saturday as needed
