Job Overview:
Pool Pros is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Pool Service Technician to maintain and service residential and commercial swimming pools. In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping pool systems running efficiently, clean, and safe for client use. Whether you're checking chemical levels, inspecting equipment, or troubleshooting issues, your day-to-day will be hands-on and constantly evolving. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Travel to client locations to provide scheduled and emergency pool service
• Test and balance pool water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.)
• Clean and vacuum pool surfaces and baskets
• Inspect and perform basic maintenance on pumps, filters, heaters, and other pool equipment
• Identify and report any equipment or structural issues to management
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate updates to clients on an AP
• Ensure safe handling of chemicals and adhere to company safety protocols
• Represent Pool Pros with professionalism, punctuality, and great customer service
• Assist construction or service team on additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in pool maintenance, plumbing, or a related hands-on trade required
• Willingness to learn pool chemistry and mechanical system basics
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be an effective independent worker but still be a team player
• Valid driver's license preferred

Schedule:

• Full-time | Monday to Friday
• 8-10 hour shifts, occasional Saturday availability

Work Location:

• Variable job sites and client homes in the region
• Service routes vary by day
