Key Responsibilities

• Oversee residential custom home projects from design through completion
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any field issues
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting
• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to improve processes and client experiences
• Communicate proactively with homeowners to ensure satisfaction at every stage

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management (custom home building preferred)
• Strong understanding of building processes, scheduling, and quality control
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Familiarity with construction software and project management tools
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
• Valid driver's license required
