You will oversee a skilled workforce of 10-15 employees while ensuring accurate and efficient project estimations that keep us competitive and client-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the electrical and generator divisions
• Manage, mentor, and support a team of 10-15 employees, fostering a strong team culture
• Lead estimating efforts on residential electrical projects from service to trim
• Coordinate scheduling, materials, permitting, and communication for multiple ongoing jobs
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and with top-tier quality
• Identify areas for process improvement and automation across the organization
• Utilize digital tools and platforms for job management, estimating, invoicing, and documentation
• Represent the company professionally in client interactions and project planning meetings

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential electrical work
• Proven background in low voltage and/or audio/visual systems preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability within a trades team
• Technically proficient and comfortable using job management software
• Process-oriented with strong organizational and project tracking skills
• Effective communicator with a solutions-focused mindset
• Calm, autonomous, and highly self-motivated
• Valid E1 electrical license required
• Ability to lead through growth while preserving company culture and client satisfaction
