Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and industrial crews on job sites throughout Mooresville and surrounding areas.
• Interpret and execute project plans, schematics, and blueprints in accordance with NEC and local codes.
• Ensure safe, timely, and code-compliant electrical installations.
• Manage labor, tools, materials, and job site safety with efficiency and foresight.
• Act as the point of contact between the field and project management.
• Foster a team-oriented environment by mentoring journeymen and apprentices.
• Identify and resolve job site challenges quickly and effectively.
• Document job progress and communicate updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as an Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician in commercial/industrial environments.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings, schematics, and electrical layouts.
• Leadership skills and a strong desire to teach and support others.
• Strong understanding of NEC and local code compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with field-based technology for reporting and scheduling.
• Valid driver's license.
• No specific license required-just proven experience and a willingness to grow.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Occasional overtime as needed based on project deadlines
