Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Lead a small installation crew on job sites across commercial and industrial projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and site layouts to ensure proper sign placement.
- Manage equipment and materials, ensuring safe transport, handling, and usage.
- Use power tools and hand tools to install signs on buildings, poles, pylons, or other surfaces.
- Maintain communication with the office and clients to resolve any on-site issues.
- Uphold safety standards and perform job site risk assessments.
- Document work performed and oversee completion according to project timelines.
- Travel for out-of-town projects with company-paid per diem.
- Train and mentor junior installers on proper installation techniques and company standards.
- Must be comfortable to work in varying heights in this environment. Not every job is on the ground.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the signage industry or a similar construction-related role.
- Comfortable working at heights and with power tools.
- Proven leadership abilities in a crew or team setting.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and measurements.
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed.
- Must pass a basic background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to the shop or job site daily.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience leading signage installation crews.
- Familiarity with electrical sign installation (non-licensed OK).
- OSHA or similar safety training certifications.
- CDL License

Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday (occasional weekend)
- Occasional overtime and overnight travel required

Birmingham, AL - with travel to project sites as needed
